1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned due to their nature. These include:
Personalized or custom-made décor items
Clearance or sale products marked as “Final Sale”
Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@vastario.online with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if applicable). Our team will review your request and provide return shipping instructions.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking proof.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include images and a brief description of the issue. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
6. Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original method of payment.
7. Late or Missing Refunds

8. Exchanges
We currently only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us for assistance before sending it back.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been shipped. Once an order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
