7. Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims
If the claim is approved, Vastario will cover return shipping for defective products. However, if the item is found to be ineligible for warranty coverage, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

A valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required to process all warranty claims. Claims submitted without proof of purchase cannot be processed.
